North Carolina didn't get 12 inches of snow.. but we did get 6 inches. That's pretty good right? Six inches can get the job done. Right? Guys?

GOUGE Wrestling returned on February 8th at The Motorco Music Hall with its annual Redneck Rumble. Several names from the past returned such as Storm Maverick, Jagger, James Anthony, Victor Andrews, and Fabulous Frankie as well as new stars Raider Rock and George Oscar Ryker. Eventually, the melee was won by rising star Juan Jeremi.

While ‘Nice Guy’ Mickey Gambino did eliminate me, I made sure he wasn’t going to win the Rumble by simply congratulating him by shaking his hand…over the top rope! Later on in the evening, we faced each other in one on one competition with Sheik Admir Al Akbar costing me the match by distracting the referee. I’d like to thank the fans (‘The Nerd Herd’) for all their support and there will be another time and place when I get to lock-up with ‘The Nice Guy’!

Hey kids, it's Old Man Freakboy. The Raleigh-Durham area has was in ice and snow this week, and school has been out ALL WEEK. The kids have kept me on my toes and away from the Snott Drop. So let's get back to it right here.. right now! It's the main event of the 2015 GOUGE Redneck Rumble... Champion Jimmy Jack Funk Jr. defends the GOUGE Championship against Juan Jeremi, the Rumble Winner. 

This could go down as a key match. In the fall of 2014 Jimmy Jack started to resort to dirty tactics to win his matches. How did this match end? Watch it now. And then hit up social media to #boooooo.

The GOUGE Redneck Rumble took place on February 8th in Durham at Motorco. The crowd was made up of long time GOUGE faithful and a good number of first timers. The action was intense and so was the crowd support.

Over the next few days I'll be posting many of the matches. We should start off with the opening match, The Rumble itself. But since this is My Supper With Seymour let's start off with The Geek With The Physique taking on Mickey Gambino.
